Sports Chaplaincy Scotland Conference

The Sports Chaplaincy Scotland Conference 2025 is going to be our biggest yet. We are really looking forward to welcoming our sports chaplains from all across Scotland at Freedom City Church in Cumbernauld. We will hear from some of our sports chaplains, our National Director, Mark Fleming, and our guest speaker, Danny Lennon, manager of Airdrieonians FC. This will be a significant day in the development of sports chaplaincy across Scotland, as we set aside valuable time to seek God's continued guidance and direction.

Location: Freedom City Church, 6 St Mungo’s Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G67 1QR

Cost: £60. Includes a Sports Chaplaincy T-Shirt

Free parking is available at the front of the building. However, there are a limited number of spaces and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is also available at the nearby B&M Store, which is free of charge for conference delegates. 

A hot and cold finger buffet lunch will be provided, along with refreshments at various times throughout the day. 

Each chaplain attending the conference will receive a Sports Chaplaincy Scotland-branded polo shirt. The polo shirts are a regular sports fit; therefore, if you prefer a loose-fitting t-shirt rather than a tighter fit, it is advisable to select a size up from your normal size.
