Chaplaincy is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing missional opportunities we have in the UK today. It stands apart from traditional pastoral models because it takes ministry beyond church walls, right into the everyday spaces where people live, work, and play. We passionately believe chaplaincy represents one of the greatest opportunities for the Church to engage meaningfully to see long-lasting transformation in our communities.

In January and February 2026, we’re launching a “Chaplaincy Roadshow” across the UK, an inspiring series of gatherings to awaken vision, share stories, and equip leaders. Our heart is to help pastors, church members, and organisations catch sight of the unique, strategic, and vital role chaplaincy plays in God’s mission today. Chaplaincy, we believe, is God’s gift to the Church, an open door to bring hope, care, and the radical love of Jesus Christ into every corner of society.

A generic description of what chaplaincy is: "Chaplaincy is the provision of ongoing pastoral and spiritual care-by permission-to those of faith or no faith, for the holistic well-being of everyone within a community."
